Electronic Servo Controller (ESC)
The ESC has beautiful appearance, takes into account thermal design, good heat dissipation effect, reasonable internal device layout, strong and weak electrical isolation, safe and reliable. It can be widely used in such industries as unmanned aerial vehicles, water and underwater propellers, and electric vehicles. The ESC hardware adopts IGBT three-phase full-bridge inverter topology, the highest peak allowable output current is 400A, which can drive DC brushless motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors, AC motors, etc., hardware throttle control signal (P wave, differential P wave), data The communication signals (serial port, CAN) are all isolated interfaces, and the isolation voltage is 1500VDC. In software, the core non-inductive FOC angle observer adopts self-developed feedforward phase-locked loop controller, which is independent and controllable. This technology not only solves the problem of non-inductive FOC ESC matching parameters according to the motor, but also can accurately control The commutation of the brushless motor realizes efficient, safe and reliable drive.
